Just purchased a really nice rug yesterday! Great quality nice price and amazing customer service! The salesman spoke to me of the quality of the carpets even giving advice, tips, and tricks on up keep. Greatly appreciated. I have been thinking to stop here the past 2 years I'm glad I finally did.

They have a lot of beautiful rugs at reasonable prices. The return process is really easy too if you don't like their rugs.

Went here the other day with my husband. Where asked right away if we help and we said not at the moment just looking... The gentleman stood back and continued doing what he was doing and let my husband and I look and discusse what we wanted without the employees hoovering over us which was nice. we bought one rug and plan on going back this weekend to get 2more... highly recommend.

Went as far as offering to deliver my first rug and even pick up & deliver my second rug (for FREE). So kind, friendly, & easy to talk too! I first purchased rugs from Maxwell 6 years ago. I bought an 8x10 and a 5x7. They are still in great condition and I am extremely happy with them. I decided to grab another 8x10 this year and they gave me an amazing deal! My daughters each picked out a small rug for their bedrooms and they couldn’t be happier!!!!! (The small ones are only $16!). These rugs are beautiful, soft, and high quality. I definitely recommend them!

Our poor old dog has been having a hard time with our concrete floors, so we decided to get a rug from these guys. It's only been in the house for an hour, but we love it already, and or dog is super happy to not have her feet slipping out from under her! If you're in the area, and in the market for a rug, then run up to Silver City and check them out. The guy I dealt with was Steve, and he gave me a great deal.

Excellent Rugs. Great sets as well. Prices cannot be beat! I have purchased several sets for my rentals over the years, and even with shampooing and cleaning, they hold together and look like new again.

Bought a beautiful blue 5x7 rabbit rug. Thought I knew what I wanted until I saw this beauty.! Surprisingly durable...2 dogs and many bare feet. They said to shake it out for cleaning but it got vacuumed. No problem. Well, made obviously. Can't go wrong.

I have purchased ALL of my rugs, runners and mats from Maxwell Area Rugs. I have gone to the same corner, whenever they are in Tucson, for at least the last seven or eight years. They sell GREAT quality rugs for a reasonable price (and I am a “tightwad”! LOL!). I have NEVER felt pressured into buying anything and the men have always been incredibly patient and helpful. The first rug I wanted was almost at the very bottom of a big and heavy pile. Ben was SUPER sweet about it and I know it was hard work (especially as hot as it gets here!). I truly cannot say enough positive things about Maxwell Area Rugs. Give them a try. You just might end up being a loyal customer too!
